The neighbouring U-type metal heat exchanger tube realizes intercommunication through the connection of their neighbouring interface. The leftmost and rightmost interfaces of U-type metal heat exchanger tube are respectively connected with corresponding pipe orifice of water tank to form loop. There is a blocking cap at the upper interface of the vacuum collector tube. The outer layer of the said U-type metal heat exchanger is aluminum alloy; and the inner layer is corrosion-resistant metal tube with thin wall. The part of said outer aluminum alloy tube in the vacuum collector tube radial extends with several heat transferring blades. There is certain space between the said heat transferring blades and the inner wall of vacuum collector tube. This U-tube collector collector not only has swift thermal conduction and high utilization ratio of hot water, but has decent property of pressure bearing and corrosion resistance.Working Principle: Time of water or conducting liquid staying in the U-tube collector is long, so the temperature rises high. When the temperature of water or conducting liquid raises to the upper limit of the setting temperature, the temperature circulating pump will start the internet circulation in U-tube collector. Water or conducting liquid flows from the front-end of the collector, and they must pass though each U tube to enter into the water tank. When the temperature of the sensor at the end of U tube collector drops to the setting lower limit, the circulating pump will stop work. The water or conducting liquid in the U-tube in front end and in the middle fall at the same time, so the heat loss in low, and the efficiency is high. Installation----can be installed in any anglesU-tube solar collector can be installed on any surfaces of walls in any angles. It is a kind of pressure –type collector with forced temperature circulation. There is no water in vacuum collector. Water can only circulate between U-type metal Aluminum clad copper tube and the water tank. Therefore, it can be installed on wall surfaces with longer sunlight every day, and can also be installed on house surface with sunlight.
